GPs

We welcome GPs who are interested in specific fields which other GPs in our clinic are versed in. We share our knowledge and techniques so that you can develop those specific fields in the future.
For telephone/telehealth only participation is also welcome.

Recruitment
  • FRACGP, VR-GP with unconditional condition, AHPRA registered with unconditional condition
  • (For after hour only) Non VR-GP under section 19AB, AHPRA registered with unconditional condition
  • Part time Specialist, AHPRA registered with unconditional condition
The Role
  • To assess, diagnose and treat clients at the General Practice level
  • Provide good and warm services to patients
  • Cooperate with other staff with good communication manners
  • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of all medical records and compliance with professional standards.
Work time
  • Weekday Monday - Friday 7:00-18:00
  • Saturday and Sunday (phone consultation only) 9:00-14:00

*Full time, Part time, Accept Flexible time even one day or a half day a week.

Specialists

  • We are recruiting specialists.
  • For specialists, working in a GP clinic has benefits for specialists and GPs, both sides.
    Specialists can have steady referral from GPs in the clinic and establish a certain population of its patient base and GPs can refer our patients to specialists with whom we can have connection and trust.
  • Part time is welcome. Even one day or half day a week.

Receptionists

Role Overview
As a GP Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, utilizing your fluent Japanese skills to assist our Japanese-speaking patients effectively. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls and inquiries, maintaining patient records, and providing administrative support to our medical team.

Requirements

  • Japanese (essential)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Availability to work long-term, at least one year
Work time: Weekday Monday - Friday 7:00-18:00

Enrolled Nurses

Role Overview
As an Enrolled Nurse at Skyarch Medical Clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care under the guidance of our experienced medical team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, administering medications, providing patient education, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. We are looking for someone who can work long term.

Requirements

  • Qualified Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Proficiency in Japanese (essential)
Work time: Weekday Monday - Friday 7:00-18:00
