Dr. Nagashima is an internationally experienced physician with extensive clinical practice in both Japan and Australia.
For over a decade, he served in pediatric intensive care at Jikei University School of Medicine in Japan, working on the front lines of newborn and infant care. He then practiced for more than 15 years at Mater Hospital and various general practices (GP clinics) in Australia, continually updating his medical knowledge and leveraging his broad clinical experience to provide preventative care and comprehensive treatment. Dr. Nagashima is also a dedicated mentor, leading the GP Fellowship program and training the next generation of physicians.
Dr. Nagashima offers consultations in both English and Japanese, welcoming patients of all ages, from young children to adults. He is particularly skilled in supporting patients whose first language is not English. He is committed to providing inclusive care, including to LGBTQ+ individuals. His expertise spans a wide range of medical areas, including Internal medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Gynecology, and Mental health.
